Business System Analyst

As a Business System Analyst (BSA) at StatusNeo, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements. - Developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories for system enhancements. - Collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement scalable data solutions using SQL/Snowflake. - Participating in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure quality and compliance. - Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring business readiness for releases. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, data, and healthcare operations. - Maintaining strong communication and documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle. You should have 3-6 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in SQL, Snowflake, and SDLC processes within the US Healthcare domain. Your ability to work closely on data workflows, system enhancements, and analytics will be crucial in driving innovation and transformation within enterprises.
