Your role will involve turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support smart decision-making across finance and operations. **Key Responsibilities:**
Work with raw financial and operational data: extract, clean, analyze & visualize
Analyze trends, performance, and variances to support strategic decisions
Build and maintain dashboards using Shiny or similar tools
Automate financial reporting and create forecasting models
Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver insights
Suggest improvements in processes using data
**Qualifications Required:**
Use R (preferably) or Python to handle real-world, messy data
