Design Leadership & Strategy
Take ownership of the complete UI/UX strategy for FunnelKit products, ensuring alignment with customer success and business objectives. - Establish, refine, and uphold UI/UX standards, design principles, and best practices. - Lead intricate design projects from inception to completion. - Promote consistency and quality through scalable design systems and component libraries. - Design & Research
Design user-centric interfaces for funnel building, checkout optimization, and marketing automation tools. - Simplify complex product features into intuitive experiences for non-technical users. - Conduct and direct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews. - Generate wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design choices. - Customer-Inspired Innovation
Develop a deep understanding of customer success metrics and design experiences that generate measurable outcomes. - Analyze user behavior, feedback, and product data to pinpoint UI/UX enhancements. - Serve as the customer's voice in product conversations and roadmap planning. - Advocate for simplicity, clarity, and usability in all design decisions. - Collaboration & Team Leadership
Collaborate across functions with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to provide unified solutions. - Mentor and direct UI/UX designers through regular evaluations and feedback. - Uphold high design standards in all deliverables. - Document design choices and offer clear, development-ready specifications. - Strike a balance between user requirements, technical limitations, and business priorities. - Continuous Learning & Excellence
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, SaaS and eCommerce best practices, and no-code platform innovations. - Enhance design workflows and processes continuously. - Advocate for accessibility, performance, and inclusive design practices. - Share knowledge, insights, and design thinking within the team. Qualification Required:
45 years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly in SaaS or eCommerce products. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX strategy, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated experience in developing and expanding design systems. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Sound understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessi Role Overview: You are being sought after as a Lead Designer to take charge of and steer the user experience throughout FunnelKits product range.
