As a Resource Manager at the company, your role involves developing and managing resources efficiently in a cross-functional organization. You will be responsible for driving alternative sourcing, productivity projects, and delivering value globally. Your key responsibilities include:
Managing resources and tasks within the cross-functional team and collaborating with key partners to establish governance and best practices for the team's cadence. - Governing execution teams to avoid duplicate efforts within the broader organization. - Ensuring accuracy and alignment in reports generated and maintained by the department. - Governing and maintaining systems of record for practical process improvement. - Facilitating communication, decision-making, and execution as the technical leader among peer-level leadership within cross-functional teams. - Leading the team in gathering requirements, creating and testing design specs, and coaching teams through systems and processes to deliver desired results. - Maintaining team alignment with the organization's strategic goals and shifting priorities as directed by executive leadership. Qualifications required for this role include:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or equivalent) highly preferred. - Technical graduate degree preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sciences, technical sourcing, or other technical role required, ideally in the biotech industry with a BS degree, or 3 years of experience accepted with a master's level degree, or higher. - 15 years of applicable leadership experience accepted in lieu of a degree. - Continuous improvement experience (lean, PPI, Six Sigma, 5S) a plus. - Project Management and/or PMP certification a plus.
