About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated early-career talent to join our team as a Business Analyst Intern. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop strong data-driven decision-making skills while supporting real business projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, generate insights, and support business performance tracking. This is a hands-on role with exposure to real business challenges and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Support preparation of regular performance reports and dashboards Work with datasets in Excel (advanced level) – including data cleaning, transformation, and analysis Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards (or support senior analysts in building them) Assist in forecasting, scenario analysis, and KPI tracking Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights Collaborate with multiple functions (e.g., Sales, Finance, Marketing) Support ongoing projects related to process improvement, automation, and digital transformation Profile – What We Are Looking For Final-year student or recent graduate (Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Project Management, or related field) Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables; Power Query is a plus) Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts Power BI knowledge is a strong advantage (not mandatory) Interest in participating in IT analytical projects, gathering requirements, and preparing technical documentation Strong problem-solving skills with ability to structure data and insights Good communication skills – ability to explain data in a simple way Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Fluent English (written and spoken) What You Will Learn Real-world application of analytics in business decision-making Exposure to KPI frameworks, forecasting, and performance management Hands-on experience in dashboard creation and data storytelling Collaboration in a cross-functional corporate environment Practical understanding of data-driven business transformation Date Posted 29-maj-2026 Closing Date 14-cze-2026 AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
