Senior Specialist, Customer Success

As an External Talent Function Senior Specialist at the company, your role will involve covering ETF support for various capabilities and industries globally, as well as providing capacity support to specific regions. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of external talent sourcing to support the designated scope of your team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Autonomously coordinating the sourcing, onboarding, and performance management processes for RTN contractors and BAN advisors
• Ensuring a high-quality client experience by providing sales support, managing requests, and supporting augmented teams
• Ensuring a positive experience for contractors and advisors deployed within Bain teams
• Developing strong relationships and efficient ways of working with RTN talent providers Additionally, you will contribute to GTM activities by creating marketing content, participating in demand generation calls, and driving initiatives to improve ETF operations and tools. You will manage relationships with Bain partners, practice teams, staffing teams, talent providers, advisors, contractors, and business functions.
