As a Sales Manager, your role will be to drive sales across a wide range of IT Infrastructure solutions, including Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, HCI, Backup, Virtualization, and Data Centers. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure. This includes tasks such as qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and ensuring profitability through effective deal structuring and P&L understanding. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and OEM partners, including 56 key OEMs. - Independently handle large RFPs and proposal submissions. - Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and closure. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required:
Proven experience in sales within the IT Infrastructure domain. - Strong understanding of IT solutions such as Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, HCI, Backup, Virtualization, and Data Centers. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Prior experience in dealing with large RFPs and proposal submissions is a plus.
