Maintaining strong business process knowledge and fostering collaboration with business units and global functions
Navigating critical project deployment phases with composure and decisive leadership
Qualifications required for this role include:
Higher education or equivalent degree in information management, computer science, business management, or related field
7+ years of experience leading international IT projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles within IT environments
Proven experience in IT supplier management, including contract negotiation and performance oversight
Strong financial management capabilities with demonstrated experience managing IT project budgets
Expertise in SAP and Non-SAP IT applications, M&A projects, and Technology Operations initiatives
Excellent consulting and project management skills in international, multi-cultural settings
Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
Systematic and analytical problem-solving abilities with a track record of delivering innovative solutions
Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with the ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams
Experience running agile and hybrid projects (Scrum Master Certification required)
