Key Responsibilities:
Own the global demand generation strategy in alignment with revenue targets. - Build and scale a high-performing SDR organization across regions. - Develop multi-channel pipeline programs including outbound, ABM, digital campaigns, and partner marketing. - Collaborate closely with global sales leadership to align marketing pipeline targets with revenue goals. - Establish pipeline metrics such as MQL, SQL, opportunity creation, and revenue attribution. - Oversee campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, events, webinars, and partner initiatives. - Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows. - Analyze performance data to continuously improve campaign ROI and conversion rates. - Develop scalable playbooks for SDR outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline generation. - Manage regional demand generation leads to ensure consistent global execution. Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing. - 5+ years of experience leading global SDR or pipeline teams. - Strong background in enterprise SaaS, cloud, AI, PLM, or manufacturing technology markets. - Deep expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms. - Proven track record of generating enterprise pipeline and driving revenue growth. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in utilizing marketing data and performance dashboards. Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and executing the global demand generation strategy across North America, India, and ANZ markets. Leading the SDR organization and regional demand generation initiatives will be key to driving qualified pipeline growth, accelerating revenue, and strengthening partnerships with ecosystem partners like Salesforce, Siemens, and Snowflake.
