Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and drive the technology solutions strategy in alignment with Business Goals by partnering with CXOs and Business Heads, co-owning business KPIs, and supporting the CTO in refining the technology solutions strategy. - Ensure the implementation of Digital Initiatives by working closely with the Marketing team, driving customer self-service initiatives, and implementing social media tools. - Manage the financial aspects of the vertical by preparing annual budget plans, tracking system costs and utilization, and negotiating with vendors. - Monitor project progress, review designs, audit findings, and outstanding points, and identify best practices to drive adoption across projects. - Manage the team by ensuring the right balance between onboard and outsourced employees, providing learning opportunities, mentoring program managers, and handling difficult personnel situations. Qualifications Required:
Proven experience in formulating and implementing technology solutions aligned with business goals. - Strong understanding of SMAC (Social, Mobility, Analytics, Cloud) based technology solutions. - Ability to drive digital initiatives and manage financial aspects effectively. - Excellent project monitoring and team management skills. - Experience in influencing stakeholders, demonstrating ROI, and proactively discovering business requirements. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
