Key Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends. - Define and communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Lead and inspire a team of product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve product goals. - Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure successful product execution. - Work with UX team to conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. - Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure customer satisfaction. - Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation of the SaaS Platform portal and associated services. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and make data-driven decisions. - Iterate on existing features to enhance user experience and drive business growth. - Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. - Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and profitability. - Review and sign various company documents and contracts. - Plan and organize events with the cultural committee group. - Conduct interviews for cultural fit with Thinkproject. Qualification Required:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in leadership roles within the SaaS industry. - Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development, agile methodologies, and project management tools. - Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire high performance. - Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align product initiatives with business objectives.
