Job Description What's on the table The Global Away From Home team is building a stronger foodservice marketing community across markets and partners. The intern will support the team in collecting best practices, sharing them globally and helping markets activate AFH priorities with more consistency. The role connects community management, content creation, partner communication, webinars and event coordination. The intern will coordinate the global AFH community rhythm: Setting up Global connects, gathering market examples, turning them into clear internal content, supporting competitions and webinars, and helping maintain regular communication across regions. The intern is also responsible for managing the flow of documents and building and maintaining the central sharepoint/respository. They will also support Global campaign roll out and exeuction by coordinating inputs, collecting partner content, preparing materials and helping ensure execution is structured and on time. Tasks & Activities: • Coordinate global AFH community updates and best-practice sharing. • Gather market examples and turn them into short stories, posts, webinar inputs or one-page summaries. • Support internal competitions and engagement initiatives. • Help organize virtual webinars, including agendas, speaker inputs, invitations and recaps. • Support foodservice partner campaign execution by coordinating assets, timings and inputs. • Assist with online and offline AFH events, logistics and post-event learnings. • Keep trackers and content pipelines up to date with owners and next steps. • Understand how global foodservice marketing works across markets, partners and functions. • Build experience in community management, campaign support and content creation. • Learn how to turn market examples and partner stories into useful communication. • Develop project management discipline across multiple stakeholders and deadlines. • Gain exposure to webinar and event planning from briefing to post-event follow-up. • Gain exposure to supplier and external partnership management (incl. briefing and tracking of results). Note: The recruitment process can take 4/6 weeks in total What we offer you Program start date: December/January 2026 Duration: 6 – 6.5 months (for 40 hrs a week) Location: Amsterdam. Please note that you do need to relocate to the Netherlands for the internship (if not already there). Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days), a company provided laptop, full reimbursement of travel expenses to the office, as well as reimbursement to improve your work from home environment.
