You will be responsible for building and scaling Emeritus Enterprises brand presence across the APAC & Europe region, thought leadership, and demand-generation initiatives across global enterprise markets. You will operate in a fast-growing, globally distributed environment, with exposure across regions and senior enterprise audiences. - Own and evolve the Emeritus Enterprise brand narrative across channels, ensuring consistency, relevance, and credibility for senior enterprise audiences
Lead thought leadership initiatives, including blogs, podcasts, webinars, testimonials
Own Enterprise content creation, including content hubs, short- and long-form content, and sales enablement materials
Plan and execute enterprise events and experiences, including webinars, in-person sessions, and industry events
Create compelling social media posts and industry updates across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms to engage enterprise customers
Build and maintain a strong enterprise case studies and proof framework, showcasing client challenges, learning interventions, and outcomes
Work extensively on HubSpot CRM, including email campaigns, social posts, landing pages, forms, and basic automation
Create sales enablement assets such as case studies, one-pagers, brochures, capability decks, and microsites
Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, regional teams, sales, product, and academic partners
Own reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking across campaigns, content, and events to ensure data-driven decision-making
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, experiment with new formats, and scale high-impact marketing initiatives
Leverage modern marketing and productivity tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Clipchamp, and similar platforms to independently design assets, edit videos, accelerate content creation, and improve overall marketing execution efficiency
Strong enterprise and B2B marketing mindset with a clear understanding of senior buyer journeys
Excellent storytelling, writing, and narrative-building capabilities
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across sales, leadership, faculty, and global teams
Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and execution levels
High data orientation with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into action
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel

5-8 years of experience in enterprise, B2B, or strategic marketing roles
Demonstrated experience in content marketing, thought leadership, event marketing, and demand generation
Experience working with senior stakeholders and CXO audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions and geographies
Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, CMS tools, and analytics dashboards
Experience with CRM softwareHubSpot preferred
