Senior Healthcare and Insurance Operations Representative

As an Operations Processing Senior Representative at NTT Data Services, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing actions based on the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Insurance websites to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables. - Identifying outstanding claims with payers through client reports, checking websites and imaging applications, and documenting details in client software for claims resolution. - Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality assurance. - Resolving moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines. - Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLA). - Performing routine research on customer inquiries. - Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry, products, services, and team processes. - Coordinating with the team leader to follow processes effectively. Qualifications required for this role:

• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST. - University degree or equivalent with 3+ years of formal studies. - 2+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications, involving keyboard usage, screen navigation, and learning new software tools.
