As an experienced HR professional, you will be taking on a dual role as the HR Manager for the UK & India and Learning Development. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive HR support to employees in the UK and India and design and implement the global learning and development strategy for the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers in the UK and India. - Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and offboarding processes. - Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with UK and Indian employment laws. - Administer regional payroll and benefits and champion company culture and initiatives. - Lead the people and culture integration strategy during mergers and acquisitions. - Design and execute a global Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives. - Conduct training needs analyses, create engaging training programs, and develop career pathways. - Manage the L&D budget, establish key metrics to measure training effectiveness, and provide regular reports to leadership. Qualifications & Experience:
8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR Manager role. - 8+ years of relevant L&D experience with proven success in designing and delivering L&D programs. - Demonstrable HR experience in managing workforces in the UK and India. - Deep understanding of UK and Indian employment legislation and HR best practices. - CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7) is highly desirable. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and solve problems proactively. - Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
