We're seeking a commercially minded and people-focused leader to join our team in a senior operational role, driving both team performance and financial outcomes across Wardrobe & Laundry Services. People leadership is at the core of this role—your ability to build capability, drive accountability and create a high-performing, engaged team will be critical to delivering both exceptional service and strong financial outcomes across the function. The role Lead and inspire a large, multi-functional team, building a high-performing culture focused on accountability, engagement and service excellence Oversee end-to-end wardrobe, laundry and dry-cleaning operations, ensuring consistent, efficient and high-quality service delivery Take ownership of significant departmental budgets, managing labour, procurement and operational costs to drive strong financial performance Lead workforce planning, rostering and resource allocation to balance service delivery with cost control Drive team capability through structured onboarding, coaching and performance management, lifting leadership capability across the function Partner with key stakeholders and suppliers to optimise service outcomes, value-for-money procurement and continuous improvement initiatives About you Proven experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for large teams and complex operations Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, analysing performance and driving cost efficiencies Exceptional people leadership skills, with a track record of coaching, developing and performance managing teams Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels What we offer Career development and progression within a large, iconic organisation Supportive team culture aligned to Crown's values: We Care, We Work Together, We Act with Integrity and We Strive for Excellence Flexible employment options to suit your lifestyle On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
