As an experienced, self-directed Full-Stack Developer (Web & AI Systems) at Graystone Capital, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and owning the entire digital ecosystem of the company. This includes developing the public website, client portal, AI-driven business development systems, and supporting in building a custom internal CRM. You will work at the intersection of engineering, AI, and business strategy, collaborating directly with senior leadership with minimal supervision and maximum accountability. **Key Responsibilities:**
**Website Development & Ownership:**
Build the Graystone Capital website from scratch with clean architecture, premium design, and optimized performance. - Ensure post-launch aspects such as uptime, security, speed, scalability, and continuous improvement. - Implement best-practice cybersecurity protocols and develop backend systems, APIs, and databases supporting all platforms. - **Client Portal Development:**
Design and build a fully functional client portal with personalized login credentials per client. - Create a client-facing dashboard for clients to manage engagement, track deal progress, access documents, and communicate with the team. - Ensure the portal is secure, intuitive, mobile-responsive, with clean UX, and scalable. - **Business Generation & Conversion Systems:**
Build and implement systems for lead capture infrastructure that converts inbound traffic into qualified business leads. - Design a system to optimize user journeys for value client conversions. - **AI Systems & Customer Experience:**
Integrate AI-driven systems into Graystone Capital's digital infrastructure effectively. - Develop an AI-powered intelligent lead qualification tool for prospect list generation. - Implement AI-driven features on the website for intelligent chat, content personalization, and lead qualification. - **Infrastructure & Technical Ownership:**
Manage domain registrations, hosting environments, SSL certificates, and related infrastructure. - Maintain technical documentation of all systems built and managed. - Collaborate with senior leadership and the content team to translate requirements into technical solutions. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
Work closely with Operations Systems & Automation Lead for system architecture alignment. - Provide technical support for internal tools and automation systems. - Collaborate to ensure seamless integration between client-facing platforms and internal systems. **Candidate Profile:**
**Experience:**
Minimum 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development and system architecture. - Demonstrable experience in building and launching production websites and web applications. - Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or professional services is advantageous. - **Technical Skills:**
Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Vue, or equivalent). - Back-end: Node.js, Python, building REST APIs, and server-side logic. - Database: Strong SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL preferred) and designing efficient data models. - AI Integration: Experience integrating APIs into real-world applications. - Systems Thinking: Ability to architect and build full-stack systems. - Security: Understanding of web application security standards and data protection best practices. - **Personal Attributes:**
