Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and manage the product roadmap for the HRMS SaaS platform. - Translate business requirements into clear product features and specifications. - Align product development with market needs and organizational goals. - Identify opportunities for platform enhancement utilizing AI, automation, and analytics. - Product Development & Delivery:
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch product features. - Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment. - Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications. - Ensure timely delivery of product releases with high quality standards. - Techno-Functional Leadership:
Serve as a liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders. - Offer functional expertise in HRMS modules like payroll, attendance, recruitment, etc. - Support technical teams with system architecture comprehension, integrations, and APIs. - Customer & Market Insights:
Engage with customers, sales teams, and partners to grasp product requirements. - Translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements. - Monitor HR tech market trends and competitor platforms. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales and presales teams for product demonstrations and solution positioning. - Assist implementation teams in addressing complex customer requirements and configurations. - Work with marketing teams to develop product documentation and go-to-market materials. - Product Performance & Optimization:
Monitor product adoption, usage metrics, and customer satisfaction. - Continuously enhance the platform based on analytics and feedback. - Ensure the scalability, usability, and performance of the HRMS platform. Qualification Required:
810 years of experience in product management or techno-functional roles. - Experience in HRMS, HR Tech, Payroll systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms. - Strong understanding of HR processes and workforce management systems. - Familiarity with API integrations, cloud architecture, and SaaS platforms. - Proficiency in Agile product development methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
