As an Associate Project Manager in the Analytics & Engineering Team at a premier integrated political consulting firm, your role is focused on supporting delivery across data analytics and engineering initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work on building tools and pipelines that leverage data for the greater good. **Key Responsibilities:**
Support planning, execution, and tracking of projects across data analytics and engineering teams
Assist in running Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues using project management tools (PMIS)
Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and meeting notes
Follow up on action items and help remove basic execution-level blockers
Support Agile transformation initiatives by adhering to Scrum/Agile principles and best practices
**Qualifications Required:**
6 months to 5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or related roles
Formal exposure to project management through certifications such as PM Certificate by Google, CAPM, PMI-ACP, and Scrum-related coursework, training programs, or academic projects
Foundational understanding of Agile and Scrum (terminology, ceremonies, roles, artifacts)
Hands-on exposure to at least one Project Management/Work Management tool (e.g., com, MS Project, Trello, etc.)
Comfortable working with technical teams including data engineers, analysts, and developers
