Technical Lead / Architect / Engineering Manager

In this role as a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for owning client requirements and efficiently translating them into scalable technical solutions using modern technologies. Your role will involve leading engineering teams, building proof of concepts (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs), and ensuring end-to-end delivery with high quality and scalability. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and design scalable technical solutions and architectures
• Rapidly build POCs/MVPs and transition them into production-ready systems
• Lead engineering teams through hands-on involvement in design and development processes
• Ensure delivery with a focus on quality, speed, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders for clarity and execution
• Identify and incorporate modern technologies such as AI, Cloud, and Automation to improve delivery processes

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java with hands-on experience
• Experience working with Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong understanding of System Design, APIs, and Microservices Architecture
• Ability to develop end-to-end applications covering backend and basic frontend aspects
• Knowledge of Databases, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
