This is a hands-on Lead role, split between SRE and DevOps. The SRE work focuses on the 'support' side of our products, ensuring the services are available and running. The DevOps work focuses on the 'change', bringing new technology, automation, or products to the platform. You will proactively identify operational, performance, security, and availability constraints and bottlenecks, outlining opportunities for further improvement. Additionally, you will work closely with other engineering teams, supporting onboarding, advocating for best practices, assisting in debugging platform outages, and devising improvement actions. You will also support application teams with high availability and reliability, participating in 24x7 on-call production support. **Key Responsibilities:**
3-5 years' experience in AWS with specific knowledge of EC2, ASG, S3, RDS
3+ years' experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform and Cloud Formation
3+ years' experience of infrastructure configuration such as Chef
Hands-on experience with ECS, EKS, API Gateway, Lamba
Manage/maintain deployments to AWS through Jenkins
Work with other engineering teams to design, build, and support platform implementations using AWS and other cloud technologies
Lead the DevOps/SRE team and be responsible for end-to-end delivery from India
Develop your skills at all levels, being a part of a team that owns each solution from design to operation and taking ownership for its outcomes

B.Tech (Computer Science) / MCA
