As part of the Talent Acquisition Services Team at ABB, you will play a crucial role in creating job postings, managing workflow administration, and screening applications based on given requirements and job descriptions. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring appropriate service delivery assistance for internal stakeholders, and overseeing the accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution and delivery of TA Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) and preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes. You will also be capturing data related to TA into appropriate systems as necessary and recording candidate inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool). Guiding and assisting other team members in meeting the SLAs, who are not in the reporting structure and leading process improvement projects as and when required will be part of your role. Your valuable input in recommending enhancements and simplification of existing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders will be highly appreciated. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in any stream, 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition from a reputed organization, proficiency in MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in teams, within deadlines, and be process-oriented.
