Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline by utilizing job portals, social media, and campus recruitment methods. - Conduct smooth onboarding and induction programs for new hires to facilitate their integration into the organization. - Identify training needs through performance reviews and skill-gap analysis, and design training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Coordinate with external trainers and institutes for specialized training programs. - Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to create a positive workplace culture. - Organize events, recognition programs, and wellness activities to boost employee morale and retention. - Conduct employee feedback surveys and recommend improvements to enhance communication between employees and management.
