Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, addressing their evolving needs and providing personalized advice. - Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, cross-sell services, and generate referrals to expand the client base. - Financial Planning:
Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients, including investment planning, tax optimization, and retirement planning. - Develop and present tailored financial plans aligned with clients' goals and risk tolerance. - Monitor and adjust financial plans based on market conditions, life events, or regulatory changes. - Business Development:
Acquire new clients and expand assets under management through existing networks and relationship-building skills. - Represent the firm at industry events to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective clients. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. - Certified Financial Planner, CFA, NISM certifications are a plus. Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management in India. - At least 2 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager in wealth management or financial advisory services. - Demonstrated success in managing high-net-worth client relationships and growing assets under management. Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Indian financial products, tax laws, and investment vehicles. - Expertise in financial planning tools and software. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in portfolio analysis and market research. - Proven ability to build and maintain client trust with a client-centric approach to service delivery.
