Maintain beneficial microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, mycorrhizae) relevant to plant nutrition. - Design and execute fermentation and bioprocessing experiments (shake flask and bioreactor level). - Optimize culture media, growth conditions, and process parameters for scale-up. - **Product development support:**
Assist in the development and optimization of plant nutrition formulations. - Support stability studies, compatibility testing, and shelf-life evaluation. - Work collaboratively with formulation, regulatory, and production teams. - **Chemistry, extraction & nutrient analysis:**
Perform chemical extractions (plant-based, microbial, mineral, or organic sources). - Conduct nutrient quantification and analysis, including macro- and micronutrients, using standard laboratory techniques (UV-Vis, titration). - **Nanotechnology & characterization:**
Support synthesis. - Perform characterization of nano/micro materials using techniques such as DLS, zeta potential, particle size analysis, SEM/TEM (knowledge or hands-on experience preferred). - Ensure safe handling and documentation of nanomaterials. - **Data management, analysis & documentation:**
Maintain accurate lab records, SOPs, technical reports, and internal documentation. **Qualifications Required:**
