You will play a crucial role in the automation of banking processes by collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation. Your main responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and configuring RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Integrating RPA solutions with existing banking systems and applications
Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including process flow diagrams, technical specifications, and test cases
Conducting thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance
Troubleshooting and resolving problems related to RPA implementation and performance
Providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders on effective use of RPA solutions
Staying updated with the latest RPA technologies and best practices and sharing knowledge with team members
Qualifications required for this role include:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in robotic process automation with expertise in tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
Understanding of banking processes and regulations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Clear communication and ability to work well with others
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
