Key Responsibilities:
Technical SEO:
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits including site structure, page speed, crawl errors, indexation, schema markup, etc. - Collaborate with web developers to implement on-page and structural fixes. - Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes and emerging best practices. - Keyword Research & On-Page Optimization:
Identify high-value keywords and map them to content strategies. - Optimize meta tags, headlines, and site content for search engines. - Work with content teams to maintain SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets. - Google Ads Management:
Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, video) to meet acquisition and ROI targets. - Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. - Track budgets, bid strategies, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. - Analytics & Reporting:
Set up and maintain Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and other analytics tools to measure organic and paid performance. - Analyze data (keyword rankings, CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS) to inform strategic optimizations. - Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist to align SEO/SEM strategies with broader customer journey goals. - Work closely with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure website enhancements are SEO-friendly. - Advocate for SEO and SEM best practices across the organization. Qualifications Required:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, and web analytics. - Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and managing profitable paid campaigns. - Technical Skills:
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz. - Deep understanding of Google Ads, including Keyword Planner, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization. - Experience with Google Analytics (preferably GA4), Google Search Console, and tag management (Google Tag Manager). - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts to identify on-page issues. - Soft Skills:
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines. - Adaptability to quickly react to new algorithm updates or competitive shifts. Key Responsibilities:
