As a Communication Manager in our sales team, your role involves conducting outbound sales calls to prospective customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities include:
Conducting outbound sales calls to present and sell company products/services
Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Using persuasive communication and sales techniques to close sales and achieve sales targets
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing
Accurately entering customer information and sales data into the CRM system
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business
Providing feedback to management on customer needs, potential sales opportunities, and market trends
Working closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company objectives
Adhering to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3 years of experience in B2B sales preferred
Proficiency in Hindi preferred, fluency in English required
