As an Account Executive at PAD Integrated Marketing & Communications, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure their needs are met effectively. - Communication and Presentation Skills: Skillfully convey ideas, campaign updates, and project outcomes to clients and internal teams through both written and verbal channels. - Project and Time Management: Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and surpassing client expectations with seamless coordination among internal teams. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, fostering a unified environment for optimal outcomes. - Brief Writing & Understanding: Prepare and interpret client briefs with a sharp comprehension of project goals and deliverables. - Excel & PowerPoint Proficiency: Utilize Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating client presentations and reports. - Negotiation Skills: Engage in negotiations with clients and internal teams to align on deliverables, project scopes, and timelines. - Leadership & Managerial Skills: Take the lead in managing smaller projects and guiding internal teams towards achieving client goals. - Cross Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance services for existing clients and cooperate with the team to implement strategies for upselling. Qualifications for this role include:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. - Background in an agency setting is advantageous but not mandatory. - Proficiency in handling client grievances and escalations professionally. - Basic understanding of business acumen and agency operations. - Location: Hyderabad
