As a UI/UX & Visual Designer at RADcube, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive digital experiences and creating high-quality visual assets for marketing and presentations. Your responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities - UI/UX Design:
Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications in alignment with RADcube's digital strategy. - Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Conduct UX research through competitor analysis, usability testing, and user interviews. - Identify usability issues and enhance end-to-end user experiences. - Establish and maintain design systems and UI guidelines. - Contribute to dashboard design, enterprise application UX, and product usability enhancements. Key Responsibilities - Brand & Visual Communication Design:
Design high-quality marketing and brand communication assets, including social media creatives and website visual elements. - Support website redesigns and visual improvements. - Ensure visual identity consistency across digital and marketing materials. Qualifications Required:
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, visual design, or product design with a strong portfolio. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or related field. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. - Strong experience in visual design, layout design, and presentation design. - Knowledge of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design. - Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts (preferred). - Ability to manage multiple design deliverables in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and design consistency. Bonus Skills:
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel. - Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Zoho, Jira, etc. - Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or interaction animations. - Previous work on enterprise dashboards or SaaS platforms. - Demonstrated use of AI tools in design workflows.
