Head of Finance And Administration

As the Head of Administration and Finance at our leading Real Estate developer in Guyana, your role will be crucial in overseeing the overall finance and administration functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Business Integration: Supervising and guiding multi-functional departments including Finance, HR, Legal, and Customer Support to streamline business processes. - Strategic Finance: Managing the preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and leading the budgeting/forecasting cycles. - Risk Management: Facilitating internal and external audits while ensuring all disbursements and receipts strictly follow company policy. - Human Capital Management: Reviewing and proposing HR Development plans and managing the end-to-end Performance Management framework. - Executive Reporting: Providing the Board with timely data on revenue and expenditure to drive informed decision-making.
