As the Creative Production Lead, you will bridge the gap between ambitious brand strategy and high-performance execution. You will own the end-to-end production roadmap for key 360 initiatives, ensuring our creative assets are not only on-brand but also built for massive scale across global markets. You will be responsible for moving the team toward a "modular thinking" approach where a single concept can generate hundreds of high-performing variations. ### Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of Creative Producers, establishing workflows and standards that allow them to operate as agile generalists. - Architect Workflows: Build and operate AI-powered production frameworks that reduce manual labor and hit our target of 70% automation in localization workflows. - Own Brand Campaigns Production: Act as the dedicated production lead for key brand campaigns, translating briefs into structured production and timeline plans. - Manage Stakeholders: Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, and Brand leads to prioritize resources and ensure production aligns with commercial goals. - Drive Efficiency: Monitor key performance metrics, including cost per asset and time-to-market, ensuring we stay on target. ## Our humble expectations
Extensive Experience: 10–15+ years in creative production or integrated campaign management, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a progressive digital agency. - Proven experience leading and developing a team of producers or creative specialists. - You are a "process person" who loves building systems and frameworks that make production predictable and scalable. - You have a strong interest (and ideally experience) in AI-powered creative tools and generative workflows. - Ability to manage complex projects with multiple high-level stakeholders while maintaining high creative standards. - A sharp creative eye that knows how to balance brand ambition with what is operationally possible. ## What we offer
