Draftsman-Interior design/Modular furniture

• Strong understanding of modular furniture and cabinet construction

As a Draftsman at FURNIGENCE LLP, a company specializing in cabinet design, millwork, and modular furniture for international markets, your role will involve preparing detailed shop drawings for modular furniture, cabinets, and millwork projects. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings, ensuring accurate measurements, dimensions, and material specifications. Utilizing CAD software such as AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or similar tools will be essential to create precise drawings. Collaboration with design and engineering teams to maintain drawing accuracy and standards, as well as revising drawings based on client feedback and project requirements, will be part of your key responsibilities. It is crucial to uphold drawing quality in compliance with international standards such as those of the US, Australia, and Canada. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for modular furniture, cabinets, and millwork projects

• Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings

• Ensure accurate measurements, dimensions, and material specifications

• Work with CAD software (AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or similar tools) to create precise drawings

• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to maintain drawing accuracy and standards

• Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements

• Maintain drawing quality in line with international standards (US/Australia/Canada)
