Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: Work with marketing teams to solicit business from potential and existing clients for structured finance transactions and loan syndication businesses. Assess the credit worthiness of the prospective borrowers and obligors, research on industry risk, conduct due diligence, prepare underwriting risk analysis and perform credit analysis and other relevant analysis as assigned. Assist Team Head to (i) develop bankable financing, lending structure and terms negotiation; (ii) drive SF memo and credit approval process. Discuss with borrowers and guarantors to obtain relevant information for approval, mandate letters and other relevant materials. Assist in negotiating terms for transactions with clients and formulating business strategies backed by research on market appetite, competition and market depth for prospective borrowers. Assist Distribution Team to answer potential banks' queries to facilitate their participation in our syndicated loans. Assist Distribution Team to arrange roadshows, factory visits, on site due diligence, signing ceremony and the relevant logistics. Adhere to prevailing risk and compliance requirements, bank policies and procedures, and applicable local and regional regulations, follows through initiatives with attention to detail to achieve set targets and standards. Assist Team Head in coaching and supervising junior team member(s) on SF deals for Vice President.
