As a Senior HubSpot Specialist at EbizON, your role will involve leading HubSpot implementations, migrations, and marketing automation for both B2B and B2C clients. Your primary focus will be on driving end-to-end CRM setup, lifecycle automation, and data-led growth strategies to ensure a seamless migration from other platforms and deliver measurable business impact. **Key Responsibilities:**
Lead end-to-end migration to HubSpot including data mapping, imports, workflows, and pipelines
Build and optimize lifecycle journeys such as lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement
Set up and manage workflows, emails, landing pages, forms, and lead scoring
Structure and maintain HubSpot CRM including contacts, deals, pipelines, and properties
Manage integrations with platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, APIs, etc. - Track performance metrics (CTR, CVR, pipeline, ROI) and optimize campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams and lead client communication effectively

4+ years of experience in marketing automation / CRM
23 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot
Proven experience in HubSpot migration projects
Strong skills in workflows, segmentation, and CRM structuring

Basic HTML/email editing and analytics skills
