Consultant, Staff Augmentation - Planning and Performance Management

• Proven Financial Planning and Analysis experience, preferably in the healthcare space. - Knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and experience with financial systems
• Direct experience with Financial Planning software applications such as Operating Budgeting, Management Reporting, Strategic Planning, and Capital and Business Planning. Experience with StrataJazz preferred. - Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Excellent presentation and listening skills, with ability to think quickly and deliver consultative response
• Strong executive presence to manage senior level relationships
• Collaborative working style to partner with customer finance teams
• Growth mindset to continuously improve program and customer satisfaction
• Advanced written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with building and working with financial models. Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
