In this role, you’ll be responsible for both onboarding new restaurant partners and driving the ongoing success of your portfolio, with a strong focus on growth and performance. Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Manage a portfolio of ~100-120 restaurant partners, supporting their performance and growth
Lead onboarding processes for new partners (approx. 20% of the role), including in-person meetings, training, and go-live support over a 6-week period
Ensure smooth setup of new venues – menu optimization, system setup, and operational readiness
Drive ongoing business growth (approx. 80% of the role) through menu optimization, campaigns, and promotional tools (e.g. Wolt+)
Use data to identify opportunities and support day-to-day commercial conversations with partners
Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to support partner success
Our humble expectations
Significant experience within/ working with the restaurant industry – must (advantage to candidates with restaurant/café management experience)
0-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, business development. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-facing mindset
Sales-oriented approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Comfortable working with data and numbers (no advanced experience required)
Fluent in Hebrew with good English proficiency
