You are invited to a Walk-In Interview for the role of Trainee RPA Developer at Rentokil PCI's Mumbai office in Goregaon. Rentokil PCI is Indias leading pest management company and a part of the global Rentokil Initial Group. As a Trainee RPA Developer, you will report to the Solution Architect and work in a cross-functional environment with the opportunity for promotion to RPA Developer based on performance. Key Responsibilities:
Support, monitor, and manage Blue Prism bots and automated processes
Develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism
Track robot performance and identify optimization opportunities
Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Manage incidents end-to-end within agreed SLAs
Provide second-level support and assist country teams
Prepare KPI reports and maintain automation documentation
Conduct periodic automation reviews and recommend improvements
Test bots, deployment plans, and create training materials when required
Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
Should be a graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science or IT
Pass Out candidates of 2024 & 2025 batch will be preferred
Should have basic knowledge of RPA
Certification in any RPA tool is an added advantage
