As an early team, you’ll work alongside veterans from Abnormal Security, Expel, Mandiant, and McAfee, and help shape what we build as we scale customer outcomes. The Impact You'll Have
The Core Product Team at Prophet Security owns the core investigative features and workflows that power our AI SOC agent. This team builds the features that define how security analysts interact with and trust AI-driven investigation, from the initial alert triage through complex multi-stage threat hunting scenarios. As the Engineering Manager for this team, you'll define and own the technical roadmap for Prophet AI's core intelligence capabilities. You will balance rapid customer value delivery with the long-term vision of building the most effective AI security analyst in the industry. Your work will directly define how security teams interact with and trust AI-driven investigation and response. What You’ll Do

Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits & perks, and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.
