As a part of ConnectWise, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Security Services team by providing meticulous attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include researching, analyzing, and documenting findings related to cybersecurity. Additionally, you will assist in the analysis of events generated from various security tools such as IDS, SIEM, and endpoint detection tools. Assist in the analysis of events from IDS, SIEM, and endpoint detection tools
Monitor cybersecurity systems for breaches and malicious activities
Assist in SIEM rule modification, notification pathways, and system configuration management
Analyze process workflows and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with colleagues to understand processes and deliverables across the organization
Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, standards, and security practices
Prioritize customer satisfaction and aid in partner communications and resolutions
Follow escalation procedures for interfacing with other SOC teams
