No wireless experience? No problem — we train you from day one. What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Mobile Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of 2020 Mobile Corp (Boost Mobile Retailer) in our store — helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories to match their lives. We believe a positive attitude, teamwork, and a little fun make the workday better—for us and for our customers. You’ll:

• Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach
• Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense
• Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones
• Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!)
• Answer store phone calls and customer questions
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Participate in local marketing and special events
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business
• Use sales systems and follow company policies
• Collaborate with teammates and managers
• Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
