As a Banker-Customer Experience, your role involves providing best in-class customer service to establish yourself as the preferred banking partner for customers. Your responsibilities include:
Engaging with customers daily to build up current account (CA), savings account (SA), and term deposit (TD) portfolios, as well as promoting asset and wealth products through cross-selling. - Meeting assigned business targets according to performance scorecards. - Offering need-based product solutions to clients and aligning their requirements with business objectives. - Assessing customer needs and increasing product penetration per relationship. - Generating referrals for additional business from existing customers. - Resolving queries and complaints promptly with a customer-focused approach. - Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies related to Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), data security, and information security. - Assisting in closing all audit report observations and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines. Qualification Required:
Graduation in any discipline. - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.
