Technical Lead (ATS Expert) (Mysuru)

You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge Applicant Tracking System (ATS) solutions at Joveo. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and innovation are met. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the development of ATS solutions, setting technical direction, and aligning with business objectives. - Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Architecting, designing, and implementing robust, scalable, and flexible ATS solutions using industry best practices. - Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery of solutions. - Conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and mentoring engineering team members. - Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in ATS and recruitment solutions to integrate innovative features into the platform. - Ensuring user-friendly and stable ATS solutions that support seamless integrations with other recruitment technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have:
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on building ATS or similar recruitment solutions. - Proven experience as a technical lead in a high-innovation environment, preferably in recruitment technology. - Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams to foster collaboration and continuous learning. - Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Self-motivation, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to thrive in a startup culture.
