Shaping the procurement analytics strategy and executing a vision to optimize procurement performance and drive business outcomes
Determining reporting requirements for procurement and stakeholders to support senior management buying decisions
Driving the optimization and development of procurement information reporting and analytics
Developing a data-driven cultural shift by designing standard supply chain/operations metrics reporting, scorecards, and dashboards
Populating analytical models for qualitative and quantitative evaluations during the bidding process
Managing compliance, performance monitoring, and savings reporting
Leading projects to enhance supply chain operations
Championing analytics in critical initiatives such as ESG, supplier diversity, and other global procurement priorities
Qualifications required:
8 years of relevant work experience in a related field
Experience in managing a high-performing team of analysts
Proficiency in analytical tools and enterprise data warehouses, data marts, and business intelligence architecture
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
