About the team As a Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with the C-suite level of finance, legal, and technical groups with a global fintech environment with endless opportunities for success. Provide industry-leading solutions to prospective clients. What you'll own Manage relationships and multi-level merchant engagements. Strategic account mapping and planning Retention, developing, and growing of each account. Well versed with products and services offering, ability to cross-sell and upsell to achieve quota. Proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver best merchant engagement in experience. Diligently create and manage pipeline with timely and accurate updates in salesforce. Creatively generate and create best suited presentation materials for each internal and external meeting. Willingness to travel as and when if required. Other related duties assigned as needed. What you bring Bachelor's degree with at least 5 to 10 years of sales & account management experience interacting and partnering with senior management. Business proficiency in both speaking and writing in English a must. Mandarin language proficiency is also preferred to support the engagement with Chinese merchants. Extensive experience as a Sales Executive in payments, fintech or financial services. Understanding of eCommerce, payments, technology and change landscape.
