• Payroll Processing: Support the end-to-end payroll cycle. - Data Validation: Validate payroll inputs and output reports to ensure accuracy before completing. - Compliance Support: Assist with maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws, as well as statutory regulations in various countries. - Inquiry Management: Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. - Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal HR, Finance departments, and external payroll vendors to streamline processes. - Reporting: Prepare, reconcile, and audit payroll records, tax reports, and journals. ### Your Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in payroll/HR administration (global/international experience is a plus). - Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and experience with HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., UKG Pro, OKG One View). - Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and ability to manage confidential data. ###
