You are being recruited as a 3D Artist / Unity 3D Designer to swiftly join a team. Your role involves creating, refining, and incorporating 3D elements for real-time applications. Your responsibilities will include:
Generating top-notch 3D models using software like Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max
Streamlining models for real-time usage through low-poly modeling, LODs, and mesh optimization
Conducting UV unwrapping, texture development, and PBR texturing
Importing assets into Unity, and overseeing prefabs, scenes, and hierarchies
Configuring materials, lighting, and environments within Unity
Implementing basic interactions such as colliders, simple scripting, and coordination with developers
Handling various file formats (.fbx, .obj, etc.) and preserving asset pipeline workflows
The qualifications desired for this role are as follows:
Profound expertise in 3D modeling and asset optimization
Fundamental understanding of Unity engine
Proficiency in recognizing real-time rendering limitations and performance enhancement
Background in texturing workflows and lighting arrangement
