We are leading Recruiters Firm in Kolkata and we have an urgent requirement for
Jr. Store In Charge for our client company. Responsibility:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow. - Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations. - Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control. - Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. - Handle customer complaints and queries professionally. - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. - Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock. - Manage cash handling, including cash register operations and reconciliations. - Implement promotional activities and designs to drive store traffic. Experience: 1 year - 5 years
Salary: 2 LPA - 3.5 LPA
Location: Howrah, Kolkata, Hooghly
