Role & Responsibilities

As an Advertising Analyst at Outshine, your role is all about getting things done. Working alongside your colleagues, you’ll help plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, report on performance by digging into the data, research new tactics, and support other initiatives to help our clients reach their goals. Your teams rely on you for your:

• Technical skillset. From setting up new campaigns flawlessly or developing ideas for in-platform optimizations to writing creative and error-free ad copy or reformatting a deck to match brand standards, you do it all. - Trustworthiness and consistency. Leads, clients, and teammates can trust you to do what you say you’re going to do, meet deadlines, and work closely with them to deliver work that meets their expectations (and your own). - Growth mindset. You raise your hand to try new things, push yourself into new challenges, and get feedback along the way. You know that you are accountable to your teams and clients, and reflect that feeling of responsibility in your actions and behaviour. Key Competencies

• Proficient working in the Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides) and can effectively create, format and proofread shared client deliverables

• Above-average organization, communication, and time management skills

Additional Requirements

• 1+ year(s) relevant experience in paid digital advertising or media buying/planning, specifically across paid social and search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit)
• Digital/marketing certifications under your belt, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc. - Experience in an advertising or marketing agency is an asset
