Negotiate, draft and close commercial agreements, including cloud services agreements, SaaS, artificial intelligence solutions, professional services, non-disclosure agreements and data privacy agreements, with a solution-driven mindset. - Identify and implement improvements to existing templates, playbooks, and CLM tools to develop scalable processes for the contracting process, including the use of AI tools and other technologies
Collaborate with your Roku legal colleagues to provide guidance to internal business partners on a wide variety of contract-related issues, including data privacy, security, confidentiality and artificial intelligence

At least 7 years of experience structuring and negotiating commercial technology agreements
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
A proven ability to draft and negotiate agreements using existing templates and playbooks or from scratch
Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to persuade
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-department and cross-functional role
Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS and cloud services contracts, including data privacy and security terms
Experience with Ironclad, SharePoint, DocuSign, and Confluence. - Experience using AI to streamline the contract lifecycle
